The intent of the programme was to create an awareness regarding the cleanliness of our villages. This year the programme is conducted at Chikhawadi, Pahine, Trimbakeshwar, Nashik. The NSS volunteers participated in creating awareness among public, informing them about the importance of cleanliness. The students took the initiative to clean the surroundings of vicinity. The students also told the villagers about the cleanliness and its importance for physical well-being and a healthy environment. They informed the villagers about cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and various diseases that are caused due to poor hygienic conditions. Cleanliness ensures a healthy mind and physique. Through this mission students learnt that It is not the responsibility of only one person rather it is the duty of every countrymen.
