Seminar conducted for women’s health and diet

A seminar regarding diet was conducted by Dr. Sharmila (Dietician). The focus of the seminar was on diet balancing for adult women. A brief introduction to the concept of how to have a daily healthy diet was given. She explained the concept of diet in five basic steps. These steps divided the month into 5 parts according to the menstruation cycle that lasts for around 28-30 days. Such a scientific approach to our eating habits educated girls for opting a balanced diet. She explained each stage in detail speaking about, Name of the stage, the mood of lady in that stage, how should be diet in those stages and How should the exercise be. She also explained that 7 portions everyone should consume. These are proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, fats, water, glucose & minerals.
