As her personal quest of Design Enquiry, she has been academically and professionally inclined towards User Centered Design approach to investigate into the user behavior in their physical environments and with objects of everyday use. She believes that the physical environments and the objects within it play a central role in basic mental functions such as learning, memory, orientation and perceptions.Can Design be instrumental in Transception – Transforming perception to create meaningful experiences is her Design Enquiry. She believes the current pandemic situation and life after this will be a testimony of new transformed perceptions of social hygiene and behaviors.

An academician having teaching experience of 15 years, she competed her M. Arch, M.A. (Archaeology, Certification as Accredited Professional from IGBC and PGD in ‘Heritage Management and Scientific Conservation of Historic Monuments’. Her expertise includes Graphics, Technical Drawing, Materials & Construction, and Building Services. As Course coordinator for “Design & Development of Bamboo and Cane – Furniture and Allied Products” at Design Innovation Centre, Nashik; she has designed the syllabus as well as conducted workshops. Research in areas of Architectural practice and Conservation is her passion. She presented research paper on International platform.As professional Architect and Conservationist, she has completed various notable projects of conservation in Maharashtra. She is a Member of study group for promoting development of monuments and museums, Archeological and conservation research establish by Directorate of Archaeology and Museums under Cultural Ministry, Maharashtra.

Natasha Parsai post graduate in Environmental architecture and graduate from SMMCA,Nagpur, has a professional experience of over 19 yrs in which she has designed varied architecture & interior projects. She has an Academic experience of over 13 years and has been a part of the Institute from 2010. She specialises in Interior environment designs and takes Form oriented subjects, Building Services and Technology, Design Studios and Capstone projects for Interior Design discipline. Her core area of research has been documentation of Cultural Aesthetics. She has also presented research papers on Design Aesthetics in national and International conferences.

Priyansi has gained valuable beginning of her academic journey as Design educator since 2012.She teaches courses -Technical Drawing across discipline, Design Project, Craft documentation & exhibition design in Furniture Design. Communication being key for designer, she is continuously working on building students for execution drawing.Practicing as Architect & Designer from past 11 years and currently working as project manageron Museum.Her research interest includes working with various craft sector for sustainability, entrepreneurship, process and new narratives for collaboration of craft, technology & design education. She has authored several publications in International and National Journals.

As an Design Educator, with 6 years in building design professionals, he has also been involved in researching the workings of nature and morphing those workings into methods to develop ideas for innovation. He has been passionately engaging in the Design Innovation Center, Nashik, collaborating to build grass root innovations. With more than 10 years of professional experience of working with organizations like:Philips, Whirlpool, Videocon, Indian Army, ARTI, LiB India, Vinodrai Industries, etc. he brings his expertise in the field of consumer electronics & sustainability.

Pratiksha Bankar has 8 years of experience and has been teaching in Design Discipline since
2017. She conducts courses such as Design Process, Packaging Design, Materials & processes, Design Management for Product and Furniture Discipline. She has been actively involved in establishing industry relations and collaborating on live projects to establish practical exposure for students. Her research interests include packaging design and strategic design with creative solutions for strategies, products, and branding through design.Design is an expression of creativity. She is interested to fuse and develop insights from multiple perspectives of design and business with a collaborative process.

Completed his diploma in I.D.D. from N.D.M.V.P.S. College of Architecture, Nashik in 1996. Started practice in 1998 and since have designed and executed various interior design projects like residences, offices, retail spaces, restaurants, hospitals, clinics, coaching classes, pre-primary school and architectural projects like farmhouses and resorts. He was co-director at a start-up named Isonox Bioenergy, Nashik, from 2006 to 2010, designed custom motorcycles with Vardenchi Motorcycles, Mumbai in 2011-12, conceptualised and developed aneducational app named ‘Pariksham’ with M-educate, Mumbai in 2012-13. His expertise are design, technical and technological knowledge and human resource management.

Yogesh Goverdhane is an Architect by Education, Teacher by Profession and filmmaker,Writer By Passion. He does not identify himself as an Artist by heart. He studied bachelor of Architecture from Rizvi College of Architecture, Mumbai in 2013. Since then he has involved himself into various mediums of expressions like Architecture, Films, Paintings and various other Art forms. He has also worked on Short films, Architectural films and Documentaries as a Director and Editor. He believes in eclectic approach towards life.

Shubham Aher is an Art director. He studied bachelor of Design (Set Design) from Mvp Samaj’s College of Architecture and Center for Design, Nashik in 2017. Since then he has worked with Ace Art directors in Marathi and Hindi Film Industry completing over 20 projects within 2 years. He has worked with three National award winner directors. His work is available on major OTT platforms like Netflix, Zee5 and many others. He has acquired various material’s knowledge and production management strategies.
